I recently sent out several orchid plants via USPS Priority Mail and was
told that due to the incidents in New York, that most airlines are no
longer taking any packages over one pound, so that most Priority Mail
packages are being sent by train adding an extra day or two to delivery
time.  75% of my packages (all between one and two pounds) took 5
business for delivery to Midwest and Florida from California.  You might
want to take that into account and use another carrier in the forseeable
future.
