When the USPS delivered using People Carriers for handling boxes (pre
9/1/01) and allowed live fish and routed them this way, such cargo bays were
always heated.   I shipped about 200 to 300 boxes, almost all on Sat.  Those
that took till Tue were "two day express mail locations"  Sat was great!
Showed up in Monday morning mail
