air pump

Could someone recommend a very small air pump?  Quiet is good, cheap is 
better.  I only need it to run one small sponge filter on a 5.5 gallon tank. 
  An aquaclear mini caused too much turbulence for the poor nothos, so a 
sponge filter should be better (right?).
