Posting negative experiences on a list is perfectly o.k.. It becomes a
problem when somebody posts inaccurate numbers or statements about the
company. In a court of law, those numbers or statements must be proven by
the person who made them (such as the percentage of orders filled). Also,
when the author posted the message for all to see, it is considered
published. Say all you want, just don't say anything you can't prove!
