We all started out this way. Hang in there!

I've been in the AKA for 4 (or is it 5?) years now and I still am not
much of a breeder. It's not that we're "breeder challenged," but, like
many other things, it takes time to master the skills needed. Another
problem a lot of beginners run into (especially those that find killies
on their own and don't have another member to guide them) is that many
end up with difficult fish (usually because they're "pretty") and get
discouraged.
I've had poliaki, and I also found them difficult in my conditions. An
AKA member steered me to gardneri and I had a lot more success. So, some
of your difficulty may be in the fish....What species do you have?
KI>These lists works like a charm everytime though.
We are blessed to have the knowledgeable and helpful "senior membership"
that we do on this list and in the killifish hobby....
Hope this helps a bit.
