I think there is much more to the AKA then just this mailing list. I
wouldn't join the AKA just to be a member of this list. I am a member
however, but for other reasons.

This list is the most active source of Killie information on the internet.
People just naturally migrate here to participate. There used to be another
public list that was very busy, but it is not as active any more.

Maybe in the long term, people will join after being members of this list.
This might be how some people get introduced to the AKA.

If all else fails, I guess we could put a header on every email saying that
if you use this list for more then 3 months with out joining the AKA, we
send the local affiliate club over to bust your knee caps.
