Most of the snails listed above are useful in fry tanks as they clear 
some excess food. Apple snails are an old favourite  and are used for 
producing infusoria.
Breeding rates depend on the usual factors-temp., food supply etc. 
Most people are more interested in removal of ramshorns etc rather 
than production because they can be a problem in breeding setups as 
they destroy eggs.Also the eggmass can be transferred on a net (by 
accident) between tanks.
