FYI, Ruth Warner replied to me that the cost for Ed's book has been raised to $10.  I changed the ChiKA page to respect this as well as added a link to her web site.  Go, Ruth!!!

As a side note, I find it ironic that Ruth has embraced the web.  I recall many arguments against the AKA expanding it's web presence because "Members like Ed Warner will never be on the web."  Sadly, Ed never did get on the web, but I'm sure it was only a matter of time.
