I've also had good results from Omega One. Another flake that has come
out that my killies will hit just as hard is TetraMin Pro. Is has a
crisp, slightly oily feel to it and the fish seems to love it.

Has anyone out there used Omega One?  IMHO nothing out there touches it.  It
is the only flake out there that doesn't have fish meal and a starch as the
first two ingredients.  It's something like Whole Salmon, Rock Cod, Kelp,
Seafood Mix...  I started using it on African Cichlids and have started
using it on killies that like flake.  Those that do love it.  I've been
using the Cichlid flake and the Vege flake.
