PLEASE HELP

Hi Kathleen--

Sorry to hear about your fish. Killies are champion jumpers! One thing
that makes them less jumpy is to have floating plants in the tank. Even
then, keep the cover on.

I'm assuming that your golden killies are Aplocheilus lineatus. The eggs
will water incubate just fine, and the fry can eat baby brine shrimp at
hatch. You can either leave the eggs in the tank (if there are no other
fish or snails in it), or put them in a container of water (use some
from the tank). Incubation takes 10-14 days, depending on temperature.

BTW, where are you? There may be local killienuts that can help you out.
