   It's difficult buying beef heart in my area.  Most places will only
sell the entire heart and that's way too much for me to handle.  And
the other places that sell it, usually don't have it.  So, I'm doing my
experiment with raw chicken.  So far it works just fine.  I haven't
had any fish choke to death with it as I have had in the pass with
beef heart.  The rate of speed that the fish grow is incredible.
There is nothing left behind, they eat it fast as I can feed them.  I
chop it up with a pair of scissors as I had done with beef heart.  I
would say that they eat it - and like it better than when fed with
beef heart.  TRY IT - you may be SURPRISE!
