First, let me say your English is real good and easily understood. 
Second, I know of no one living in Lithuania, but there are some excellent 
killifish keepers in Europe who should be able to help you. 
DKG is killifish club of Germany. I have a friend in the DKG, one Gerhard

Give either or both a try. Even if they don't have extra killies, they can 
direct you to a supply of fish. After all, Germany is still the international 
"center" of killifish and actually started the killifish keeping hobby fifty 
or so years ago.
