Hi all,
Had an observation to share and a question. I put several pairs of N. Korthausae Red in bowls with peat. I left them there for 2 weeks for spawning. I then removed the pairs to other bowls with half their water but no peat. Then I filled the bowls with water from the tank they had originally come from. A couple of hours later when checking the fish I found that one of the males in one bowl and a female in another bowl had become belly sliders! Anybody seen this before?
Now the question. I thought I saw a thread a while back about someone having success in bringing belly sliders back to normal. I searched the archives but couldn't find anything. Has anyone got any new info on helping belly sliders? Thanks.
Take care,
