The best way to get a worm culture is to go to a local aquarium society
meeting, even better if it is a killifish society meeting. Shipping live
food or fish this time of year is difficult, especially with the temperature
dipping up in to the 90 degree range. They will arrive, but not necessarily
in good shape.
