A virus from my computer?

I just received an e-mail from an individual who is, like myself, on this
and another list. Evidentially he received something on a Renaissance artist
named Caravaggio supposedly from me with tan .exe file attached. Please
delete said message if you receive one alleging to be from me.

Having recently deal with another virus, cleaned my machine, deleted my
address book and so-on, I am dismayed to hear this.
Better safe than sorry.
