At the rate this stuff grows if I don't take it out my
fish wouldn't get to their food!
As Dr. Goldstein points out this stuff is great at
taking pollutants out of the water even if it looks
unsightly and is a pain the proverbial bottom.
As a side not, most barbs will eat it as will red eye
tetras. Rainbows are also fond of it but won't clean a
tank out.
