    Anyone having problems with transactions through the F&E listings should 
contact the chairman: Bill Gallagher. One of his duties is to investigate 
complaints about the listings and try to resolve any difficulties. The Code 
of Ethics is in force for all members utilizing the F& E listings, not for 
personal "deals" on a one-to-one arrangement outside he auspices of the AKA.
