Storage Conditions for Microworms



How do you folks store your microworm batches?  To date, I've kept them at 
room temperature.  However, with the summer months here, my last batch 
starting developing a colorful layer of bacteria across the oatmeal/yeast 
substrate.  What effect would refrigeration have on a batch??
