I've never thought much of Horton as a text book on 
Biochemistry so I wouldn't believe the definition 
iether.:-)

We can argue all night (or day in your case) but lets 
just leave it at:

Too much animal fat bad for fish.
Protein Ok.
Fibre/roughage good.
