I use the 45W floating piston linear compressor from Jehmco. I am running
28 tanks, and it is rated for many more than that. It is very quiet. I got
it for about 240 or 250 dollars, don't remember, but he supplies the adapter
and everything. I like it and the only thing I can hear is the tanks
bubling. Because I use brass fittings that are adjustable, I run air to all
my tanks including the fry containers at a variable rate. The pump also is
self adjusting to the pressure needed, so you don't have any condensation in
the lines. I have a looped manifold and it works great. I even run my bbs
hatcher off of it (1 gallon pickle jar)...lol.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Ps- I used to use the Dynamaster, which at 50 bucks isn't bad, but the
guests at my house kept asking if I could turn it off because their fillings
were falling out of their teeth it was so loud!!!!
