Peat Moss Preparation
i think my last email about this subject was lost or
something. I usually get the email to myself too and
this time i didnt. anyway i was asking about how to
prepare peat moss for substrate. I'm also asking about
any kind of substrate that would lower my ph down to
about what aphyosemions need. my tap water pH is about
7.8 I heard peat moss can be a filtering agent too.
how is this possible? How can I use my peat moss to
have a lower ph than I have now? I plan to keep a pair
of striatum in a 4 g. tank, is there anyway I can skip
the "cycling the tank" process? My striatums are
coming probably next week
