If it was a blower, I would just push them together.  The pump you have is
air volume limited and can put out a lot of pressure, but only up to the
design volume so you cannot afford leaks.  Push them together till you think
have an acceptable arrangement and then PVC glue them!  Leave an open end at
the furthest point of the system from the pump so you can let it run open
for at least a couple of hours after gluing to clear the fumes.  You can
aways cut and use connectors.  If you do cut, leave at least an inch or two
at the elbows, Tees etc so you can reuse them with a cheap union  if need
be.
