and there was light!

I got my flourescent lights going in series! and
boy are my little dageti beautiful under the
Phillips lights. The error was in the starters.
For some reason the normal 4-86W starters don't
work on 20W tubes. Once I had got the correct
starter (4-24W) it worked splendidly.
Below is the wiring diagrham if any one is
interested. If it doesn't disply properly adjust
your font to courier.
