Re: collecting rain water.
I read an article in FAMA a couple of years ago about a marine fish and
invert breeding operation that was using chlorine bleach to steralize ocean
water and Sodium Thiosulfate to neutralize the chlorine. The process
started out using a storage container and ended up as a constant flow
process. That would kill most organisms but wouldn't remove any
organics(from birds...) or other chemicals from the rain or roof that you
might not want. I'll look for it......
