Both gardneri and Epiplatys are domineering fish. I won't go as far
as to say they are compatible but sofar the best killi community for
me has been GAR and some DAGMON (E. dageti monroviae).
They keep each other in line nicely. My DAGMON dominate my
AUS totally as do my GAR. You will never fine any GAr fry though
as the young Epiplatys grow quick and will comsume any GAR fry.
