I am using top mops for all of my Rivulus species.
 as far as sex ratios are concerned. I found that I am getting lower ratios
by both water and peat incubation. There is always debate on whether or not
we can control such issues, even in the dwarf cichlid circles the topic of
sex ratios come up. I am not yet convinced we can control the outcome of sex
ratios by altering water conditions, there are too many invisible variables
that must be considered with chemistry, geo-polarity, lunar cycles,
temperature fluctuations, dissolved organic compounds....
Has anyone ever properly documented sex ratios in a controlled study?
