Re: who are extinct (and KCC): Fp. oeseri

As for Fp. oeseri, I think Craig Rees had them listed in the April
BNL.
The logical place to start looking for killies extinct in the wild
are in the places where environmental degradation is the biggest problem,
e.g. parts of West Africa (deforestation, etc.) and Mediterranean Europe
(if we're talking about threatened species, we should probably add all of
_Aphanius_ / _Lebias_ / whatever it is this week, in addition to
_Valencia hispanica_ and _Valencia letourneauxi_). I think it would be
great to get a list like this together and group it by geographic region,
e.g. North America; Central and South America; West Africa; Europe,
the Mediterranean, and the Middle East; East Africa and Madagascar; Asia.
