Grindle worm culture

I was wondering what food people are using to raise grindle worms.  I
recently obtained a culture and they've been doing great on dry fish food
but that will get expensive over time.  I've heard you can use baby food,
oatmeal, and bread soaked in milk.  Can anyone tell me which they've had the
best success with, which is the cheapest, and which ones I should avoid?
