Hi,
this placename is not correct. The b should be a p.
Ochopee is the place in South Florida at the Tamiami-Trail, where the smallest 
post-Office of Amerika is to be seen. The Highway 841 is going to north from the 
Trail, an in the street-canal I found these fishes in 1998 together with 
Fundulus chrysotus, Lucania goodei and Jordanella floridae.
I still bredd them ( 4th or 5th Generation), and some of them get pretty orange.
The Fundulus aureoguttatus has nothing to do with confluentus, it's a synonym 
for Fundulus cingulatus.
