Re: electronic delivery of services
There is no question that JAKA is a an important part
of a killie keepers library. I find the paper copy of
JAKA to be an important part of my aquatic reference
library. BNL does not have the same sort of
timelessness that JAKA has. BNL is important because
it has time sensitive material in it and it comes out
monthly. I have to admit it feels more personal in
paper form rather than in electronic form. However, I
would be perfectly happy to receive my BNL in
electronic form and if needed to print it out for
carrying around the house. There is nothing that
prevents anyone from receiving the BNL in electronic
form and then printing it out to read in your favorite
reading chair. If I had the choice of saving a few
dollars by getting the BNL in electronic form and JAKA
in printed form, I would jump at that option.
