I agree with Donna, Gary, and Monty. We need to be sure to do everything
in our power to INCLUDE people, and to think about any proposed changes
in that context.

 just remember folks, we're in this together and we need to help each

The friends I've made over time (some face to face, some through regular
media like snail mail, and some through e-mail) are the best part.
