There are a number of possible cost savings we could look at. JAKA is a major area. Since unlike the BNL the information in JAKA is not time-critical, it would be possible to send the individual issues out electronically and only print and bind a full year's worth at a time. This would be a handsome volume that could also be marketed through standard retail channels for additional income.
The fact of the matter is that electronic delivery is going to become the default method in the very near future and we should poise ourselves to accept that reality and move on.
