Thanks Joe. I would be very interested to find out how your killis do. I have to admit that, at times, over last summer, ours thrived on neglect also. All they had to eat for days on end was the algae and probably the tiny crustaceans and nematodes within the algae. But, when we returned to the lab, they ALL were doing fine; no losses and lots were slightly longer that when we left. Anyway, keep me posted. We went down to Matanzas today. Picked up a few more of the longnose, but there weren't as many there as two weeks ago.

I have 5 juveniles I collected at Fort Morgan Al. They are now
thriving on neglect. I'll let you know how they do.
