I agree (and I am an old-timer so to speak.) I enjoy the scientific stuff too 
but I enjoy reading about other hobbyist's methods in their care of killies 
and about their fishrooms - there is always more than one way to do things 
and you never know what "tidbits" you might pick up for doing things easier 
or better. There is room for both, and if we write articles (yes I'm guilty 
of not writing) there perhaps could be a balance in the JAKA.     Carolyn
