leaches

 I bought some Java Fern from my LFS.
A few days after I got them I had small
white leaches appear in my tank. How 
is the best way of treating the problem.
I was thinking of trying a heavy salt water
solution, but i'm not sure how it would
work. Any ideas would be great.
  There is only Java Fern, Java Moss,
Water Sprite and a few snails in the tank.
