Re: KCC



That's nothing.  The nearest affiliate is 3000 miles away and I can't just
jump in my car and drive.  The Pacific Ocean gets in the way.  Yet somehow I
have gleaned information, found new friends, associates, and learned how to
keep killifish.  True I have yet to list in the BNL as I put more time into
spreading my fish around locally (think globally act locally).  However
despite how much the net is disparaged as being impersonal, I would not have
learned all that I have or met wonderful people all across the country and
later actually gone to meetings like West Coast Weekend (all done told
airfare, expenses, etc run over $1000 per person).  People on the mainland
don't know how easy they have it.  Here there are problems with importing
fish as well....
