Correction time:

Laural was assassinated about 2 or 3 months back. His son 
succeeded him without any opposition and in the few short months 
he has been running the show greater strides have been made 
towards peace and stability than in the last decade.

Presidency or monarchy it doesn't matter as long as the right 
discions are made.

It will only be a short while before collections can resume in the 
DRC. Already people are venturing in. I believe a new species of 
Gorrilla was discoverred there a few weeks back but I am yet to 
see the actual discription.

Lastly, Laural was a total failure. He promised peace and 
democracy but quickly turned into as big a despot as the previous 
idiot. He sucked central africa into the first multi state civil war.
