Hello everyone,

I am new to the list and joined mainly because I wanted to try and obtain some Lampeyes. I am a fan of small fish, especially small schooling ones. I have had no luck anywhere. It is like looking for ghosts. I have heard that they are very popular in Europe and Japan, but it appears that they are not flashy enough for Americans(I agree that they have a subtle bueaty). I know one guy who had some last summer. They came in as a by catch with some Jelly Bean Tetras. He auctioned them off on Aquabid, but has not seen them since. I am going to see if my LFS can order some for me.
