Hey,

I have noticed that the FEL hasn't gone online since January.  I suppose
Barry or whoever's just been overwhelmed with other things since then.  It
isn't that the policy's changed, is it?

I was hoping to find some Ps. annulatus, so I was hoping to look at the
FEL, but it hasn't arrived yet and I'm always impatient.....
