I don't aerate the hatch containers at all until after everything has
hatched and been fed a day or so. I do change the water every day. Then I
will add an airstone, but the flow will be so low I don't think I would call
it aeration. Just enough to keep the surface of the water clean. I always
worry about the aeration wearing out the new fry until they are about a week
old and eating good, and by then they are in a larger container.
