Another thought! (wow am I having a productive day!)

My friend uses the large bottled water bottles to hold fish in. He
cuts a large whole on one side with the larger surface area (these
are the big bottles which hold say 5 to 10 L). These bottles then
hole 5 to 10 L (1 to 2.5 gallons) and due to the curved sides and
the slight over lap of the sides over the water the fish can't jump
out. They also have a good surface area and water changes are
easy! Just take off the cap and half the water runs out! Remember
that they are now laying on their side with the cap paralelle with the
ground mid way between the top and bottom of the tank. Fill the
bottle neck with filter wool or something and no fish can get out.
Better yet! attach a hose and a pump and you cna set many such
containers up on a central filtration system like talked about earlier!
Anybody not following? I will supply pictures tomorrow! Hand drawn
unfortunetly :-(.
