I have the same problem with Java Fern and Vals. Both of them are supposed to
be easy but I can't get them to grow to save my life. I have no problems with
water lillies, swords, hairgrass, sags and water onions. I am in Atlanta, Ga.
All of the vals I get just wither away and disappear. The java fern will stay
in a state of suspended animation before deteriorating.
