Re: I can't get Java Fern to grow!

I have a 10 gallon tank that is so overgrown I have to take a handfull out
every couple of months to see the fish. I put them in another tank and they
die within a month. The tank they do well in almost never gets a water
change. I recently started changing the water after I bought a TDS meter
and it was off the scale after a 50% waterchange...

About 4 months ago I setup a 55gallon tank and the java fern doesn't look
happy, but it has lasted for a few months. The cabamba in the 55 has grown
8 inches since I bought it three weeks ago and has roots everywhere....
