Re: KillieTalk Digest V3 #1068

Hi All
I realize and appreciate the tongue in cheekness of
this thread, but.......

having all too recently had to deal with some real
live
African witches and shamans and their sometimes fatal
effects on people,

I would rather give credit where it is due and just
continue to be in awe of the wondrous natural world
that we live in and thank our Creator for it. I have
seen dried out Northo holes in Kruger National Park,
and it is hard to believe that in a few months they
would hold fish. But it is so. Not fifty yards away
was several cape buffalo having a 'dust bath' in
another one.

Being part Cheyenne I have some knowledge of the
Native Indian shamans, and it is a far cry from the
witches of
Africa. I suspect also from the practitioners of
wicca.

For a fictional, but accurate, quote, I prefer Dr Ian
Malcom's line from "Jurassic Park", when he said
"life will find a way".

peace,
jake
