I'll second that. Full name of seller and a phone number (with area
code) helps a great deal, too. Makes it easier to contact the seller if
you have problems (fish don't want to eat what you provide), questions,
or just want more fish.
Another thing we might want to provide on our labels is water conditions
(hardness/tds, pH, etc) since not everyone (I'm guilty of this, although
I think I've finally learned better) takes the time to drip acclimate.
