Bill Gallagher has been doing this for BAKA for some years, now.
It's a *huge* job, and we are most grateful to him for doing it. This is a
task that really can only be done well at the local level, initially, so you
guys out there with no nearby club need to get busy (like the folks in
Wash/Oregon) and get one started.
