Keeping records anonymous unless premission is requested through the
database manager or release is given might be a solution.

Perhaps the greatest resource of the existence of any species is going
to be the SMC. Realizing that Tom does not have 25 hours in his day, he
should pick volunteers to handle a given number of genera. All questions
concerning a particular genus would be directed to that individual for
response, not Tom. If a member wants to hook up with a breeder of a specific
species, he can contact that particular coordinator and the request can be
sent out
to those in his database whether they wish to respond.
I would be happy to volunteer to help with any number of genera.
