I bought at Home Depot the stuff to make window screens with frames. With a
little work makes good tank covers. I also have bought the acrylic
replacement window sheets. They come in a lot of sizes. Some sizes will
cover multiple 5 and 10 gallon tanks very nicely. Of course, old tank
dividers work too.  I am sure a lot more ideas will be coming from others.
