See Scheel, both ROTOW and Atlas, for the most reports I have seen in the
hobby literature on hybrids. On p 207 of the Atlas, he mentions a report by
Ingersoll that Huwald had crossed DEL and GUL and obtained fertile
offspring. Can GAR be far behind? ;-)

BTW, GAR and DEL are fairly similar Fp. and both are considered semi-annuals
or annuals. They come from the same general area, with DEL just a bit closer
to the coast.

Most would consider both to be bottom spawners, but in the aquarium we get
fish to do bizarre stuff, sometimes. [I once taught peat-diving *whitei* to
spawn in a pot filled with mops. :-)]
