Two points:
1. Outlook has more security holes for viruses to enter than virtually any
mail software; especially for those who keep the preview panel option open.
2. AOL, which is the largest ISP, does not accept html code in the email due
to potential virus problems. Your experience nonwithstanding, (and just how
long has your lost been running?) html is an opening for executable code.
